Ein Altbau mit einer EKZ von ursprünglich 254 kWh/m2.a wurde durch diese thermische Sanierung zum Passivhaus energetisch um 96% verbessert. Der Massivbau wurde mit 26 cm Vollwärmeschutz ummantelt, das Walmdach wurde mit Strohballen gedämmt.
