ESBA was founded to cooperate, exchange and communicate in the topic of straw building in Europe.
Cooperation means, that we – the European straw bale networks – want to work together better, whether in European projects, on bigger straw bale projects or on an informal base.
Exchange means, that we want to share the results of researches and tests, building techniques and skills to avoid double work, to cooperate on internationale base and to build more professional energy-saving, healthy and sustainable houses.
Communication means, that we want to share the results of our work, efforts and experiences on a free open-source level or in (paid) workshops to support and help self-builders, professionals, officials, architects in building houses made of straw.
