To the south, a wall of adobe stands 7 m high and 10 m wide. This one is not load-bearing, located high up. It rests on a concrete slab and then a mechanical link is provided to the other floors. The material will remain bare inside and outside. The roof will be vegetated, ventilation will be natural, heating will be provided by a boiler that can accommodate any form of wood (chips, sawdust …). The building is organised around three levels of 160 m² each. The ground floor will house the library and a cultural room for all. The first floor will be dedicated to the elementary school and the second to the kindergarten children. As the building is located downstairs, the latter will circulate thanks to a footbridge. The three classrooms will accommodate 70 pupils. An alternative school (Montessori) will be set up in the old building.
