Fourteen multi-family dwellings. An old workers’ housing estate with dilapidated dwellings is being converted into a boarding house for lʼaccueil people in social difficulty. The façades of the refurbished housing units keep the memory of the place, while the common premises are lʼobjet dʼune contemporary low-energy construction. Particular care is taken in lʼétude of the paths of lʼorganisation, in the treatment and framing of the views. An in-depth study of thermal performance.
