Self Renovation – start the exchange of knowledge!

Written by esba

Hello,

We are looking to get in touch with people who are concerned about self-renovation. Here is why.

There is something new in France on the subject of self-renovation. The institution in charge of the main public energy policies is ADEME. For the first time, this institution publicly assumes the fact that the means currently implemented will not allow to reach the public objectives of energy renovation of French buildings. Faced with this observation, they agree to be officially interested in the practices of self-renovation as a lever of massification of energy renovation. This is a certain political courage that should be welcomed.

Another interesting point is that ADEME has the intelligence to want to be inspired by what other countries are doing on this subject before producing recommendations. It is therefore starting an international comparative study on self-renovation practices, policies and tools. We are looking for people who are involved in self-renovation in any country. If you are such a person or if you know one, we would be very grateful if you would fill in this form in order to start an exchange: https://airtable.com/shrTvIg0vItl8cByS

Thank you in advance for circulating this call widely in your networks to help us advance self-renovation, we are very grateful.
