Neustift: residential building in straw bale construction method

In this project, the exterior walls are provided with a prefabricated insulation layer made of straw bales. The flat roof construction is placed floating over the thermal building envelope with a protective roof overhang.

Bei diesem Projekt werden die Außenwände mit einer vorgestellten Dämmebene aus Strohballen versehen. Die Flachdachkonstruktion wird mit einem schützenden Dachüberstand schwebend über die thermische Gebäudehülle gestellt. Die Beheizung erfolgt über eine Kachelofen-Ganzhausheizung.
