Refurbishment of a 3-family house from the 60s: The attic was completely removed. The new roof was set up at a steeper angle, and the new room height is now up to 3.2 m. The existing exterior walls were insulated with straw bales and plastered with lime. Part of the façade has been given rough-sawn spruce cladding. Due to the roof overhang and the orientation to the south and east, the wooden boarding gets little rain and has a wonderful warm colour in the meantime. Both to the north and to the south, the house has been given a small extension in classic timber post and beam construction. The new windows and front doors are made of oiled oak and have 3-pane glazing.
Revitalisierung eines 3-Familienhauses aus den 60er Jahren: Das Dachgeschoss wurde komplett rückgebaut. Das neue Dach wurde steiler aufgestellt, die neue Raumhöhe beträgt nun bis zu 3,2 m. Die bestehenden Außenwände wurden mit Strohballen gedämmt und mit Kalk verputzt. Ein Teil der Fassade hat eine sägerauhe Fichtenschalung erhalten. Aufgrund des Dachüberstandes sowie der Orientierung nach Süden und Osten bekommt die Holzschalung wenig Regen ab und hat mittlerweile einen wunderbaren warmen Farbton. Sowohl nach Norden als auch nach Süden hat das Haus einen kleinen Anbau in klassischer Holzständer-Strohballenkonstruktion bekommen. Die neuen Fenster und Haustüren sind aus geölter Eiche gefertigt und haben 3-Scheiben-Verglasung.
