The works consist of the heavy renovation and extension of the village hall of the commune of Frévin-Capelle. The existing hall is demolished in favour of a new construction. The project borrows the local architectural vocabulary and forms a strong emblematic ensemble with the adjoining town hall. The new hall stands out for its constructive approach.
