The construction of these homes follows a request from the municipality of Nazelles Négron to build housing for a senior public wishing to age at home in complete autonomy, in a spirit of cohesion and on a site close to all shops in a pavilion area. Made up of three buildings built in prefabricated straw-filled wood frame construction, “le Myosotis” is perfectly inserted in the heart of the city and houses twelve social housing units for a senior public, an ERP dedicated to local associations and benefits from a shared landscaped area. From the outset, the project was built on the basis of social, ecological and energy-saving approaches that have been implemented throughout the project. Thus, we can underline the approaches carried out in terms of social and landscape support as well as the attention paid to saving resources or reuse.
