Located in a residential area on a plot of 873 m² less than 5 minutes walk from the town hall square of Pierre-Bénite (69), the project includes the construction of two duplex units (T3, and T4). This compact building with simple architecture was designed to enter into dialogue with an existing adobe house on the land, which is currently being rehabilitated. It is built on the classic profile of a small house: a plan close to the square, two façades with openings and two blind gables, all covered by a gable roof.
