Built in 1993, the town hall of Noyant-et-Aconin is in need of heavy rehabilitation work: asbestos removal, improvement of use, thermal renovation. The work includes keeping a toilet block and kitchen and rebuilding the hall and its annexes with some improvements in terms of use.
