Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde dieser eh. Vierkanthof zu einem Landsitz für zwei Familien ausgebaut. Der komplette Scheunenbereich wurde unter Beibehaltung der Dachkonstruktion mit system|haus-Strohballen-Wand- und Deckenelementen erneuert. 2011 erhielt der Planer die Auszeichnung “Goldene Kelle” des Landes Niederösterreich.
