Fourteen multi-family dwellings. An old workers’ housing estate with dilapidated dwellings is being converted into a boarding house for lʼaccueil people in social difficulty. The façades of the refurbished housing units keep the memory of the place, while the common premises are lʼobjet dʼune contemporary low-energy construction.
