Massives Ziegelhaus (25 cm) mit 36 cm Strohballenfassade als “Vollwärmeschutz” und Flachdach. Hanglage mit behindertengerechtem Eingang zur Ordination im Untergeschoß, der südöstliche Gebäudeteil wurde um 30° Richtung Süden abgewinkelt. Alle Fenster und Terrassentüren sind mit Holz-Schiebeläden als Sonnenschutz ausgestattet.
