In 2018, L’Oréal placed its trust in us by equipping its SICOS production plant, located in Caudry (59). In partnership with the “Open” Ecolonomy Office, a 100m2 building has been eco-designed to welcome its visitors. After 4 months of construction, the building opened its doors at the end of September 2018. A significant project carried out in all trades, an opportunity for the SCE (Société de Construction Ecologique) team to supervise the construction site from A to Z: concrete, wooden structure, painting. It is an ERP building (Establishment Receiving from the Public) of 5th category. It is mainly composed of a vegetated roof, straw-wood walls and a wooden cladding.
