At the Maria Hoeve a multifunctional utility room for groups and day recreation has been built with straw bales. Both the design and the execution were done by RAM-straw construction, with a traditional farm with anchor beam as the model for this structure. The woodwork is done with Douglas wood.
A special feature of the building is the reuse of windows, doors, kitchen, glass, sheet material and scrap wood. In addition, the building is finished in rough shell parts that are then painted.
