The programme includes a multi-sports hall and gym, 200-seat bleachers, a cafeteria area and various support areas. The large volume of the gymnasium, imposed by the sports activities it houses, is intersected by the play of sheds and by the use of the difference in height of the pitch. Access to the equipment is provided from the top of the bleachers so that the height on the street is half the actual height. This arrangement mitigates the impact of this large volume and brings it closer to the scale of the primary school buildings on the same island. The whole is covered with vertical wooden cladding and displays a certain neutrality.
