met in Austria to agree about the further STEP-Trainings in Europe.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be signed, so that it is clear for Trainers and Training Centres, how to offer the STEP-Trainings in the future and how to translate and work with the materials already produced and published (handbooks, presentations, assessment, satisfaction sheets, certifications), started in the Leonardo Group and mostly finished and added by members of ASBN (Austria).
Herbert (ASBN) and Michael (BiWeNa) also introduced the Jump – training for change – project, an effort to offer additional didactical and paedagocical Units for Train-the-Trainers in Ecoconstruction. The feedback was great, as technical skills alone (as offered in the STEP-Training) don’t make good trainers.
Summarized we can say, that after this 3-day-Meeting the way to a real European STEP-Training, offered in several countries and languages as well as Trainings for Trainers are a big step further.
