One enters by an intermediate level, in a vertical hall lit by the roof, the stairs propose either to go down in the living room or to go up in the night part. The pure compactness of the volume is the guarantee of a strong performance of the envelope, both in thermal and acoustic terms. The insulation used (straw bale and cellulose wadding) and the adjustable blinds ensure summer comfort without air conditioning.
