Restructuring-extension of a stone house in Vannes. We modify: the levels – creation of the standard of living on the garden level, the bays – maximization of the openings on the south side, the insulation – ITE straw on stone wall to the north, wood wool to the south. We add: rental studio, garage, thermal airlock and summer living room, terrace, burnt wood cladding. Partial self-construction, bio-sourced materials, solar DHW, mass stove. Consumption noted for the heating: 16kWhep/m²/year.
