This project was born of a general reflection on the habitat sustainable, proximity to resources, management water and the quality of life and health. The idea of ​​a
cohousing made and natural materials self-construction has gradually materialized.
The building consists of five units corresponding four terraced houses and low energy semi buried town hall. The structural work is made of prefabricated modules made up of a

timber frame filled with straw bales and the rest is made of self-construction. energy necessary is largely provided by the pan-Neaux placed thermal and photovoltaic solar on the roof. In 2012, the building wo n the contestBatex, Building Copy in Walloon region.
