This house in mixed structure is located in Deux-Sèvres. The western part is a kind of timber-frame extension, clad in douglas fir on the outside. The rest of the structure is made of douglas beam posts, with straw bale insulation. The internal and external coatings on the straw were made with lime. The insulation under the roof was made with pulsed wood fibre, all the timber frame walls to the west.
