De Groene Griffioen is an organic education and cheese farm in Weesp. A sustainable company home with a shop and reception area made with natural materials such as straw, wood and earth.
A lot has preceded the change towards organic and the expansion of work and we are now also in the middle of the construction and start-up phase. A new bedded pack barn and cheese factory are now in use. Now our sustainable company home (straw, wood and earth) with shop and reception area is being built (ready in autumn 2012). We also followed courses and received certificates for farm education and cheese making.
